A few weeks ago I decided to get in better shape and figured one way to keep motivated would be to take pictures of my jelly belly every week until I look the way I want to. I'm only on week 3 so do think some Men's Health cover model has been born. I need to check my body fat % because my weight has only dropped a tiny bit, but my clothes are starting to get loose. Wish me luck.
